Free Light & Heavy Vehicle Driving Training with Meals, Accommodation from BMTC: Application Invitation
BMTC Free Driving Training: Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation is providing free driving training for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates, applications are invited from those interested.
Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation has invited applications to provide free light and heavy vehicle driving training to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes under Scheduled Castes Sub Scheme (SCSP) and Tribes Sub Scheme (TSP). In addition to providing driving training, the regional transport office has also organized a driving license/badge issuing program. Applications are invited from interested candidates.
The details of the minimum qualifications / documents to be submitted for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe candidates who wish to undergo the said training are given below.
Light Vehicle Driving Training (Car/Jeep)
Must be at least 18 years of age. Maximum should not exceed 45 years.
– Birth certificate or SSLC mark sheet or school transfer certificate or notary certificate regarding date of birth.
Aadhaar Card, Caste and Income Certificate.
– Passport size photograph-5
Heavy Vehicle Driving Training (Bus)
– Must be at least 20 years of age. Maximum should not exceed 45 years.
Must have completed one year of Light Vehicle Driving License.
Duration of Light / Heavy Vehicle Driving Training : 30 days
Accommodation and meals are provided free of charge during the training period.
Interested Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe female and male candidates having the above mentioned qualification along with their original document and 02 sets of xerox copies.
