Paytm, a digital payment and financial services company, offers business loans of up to Rs 5,00,000 without any collateral.

PayTM provides quick loans to small traders by contracting with commercial banks and non-banking finance companies (NBFCs). Merchants can borrow through the Merchant Lending program on the Paytm app. The entire application process is through the digital process



Merchants can take loans in just five steps on the Paytm app for trading. Interest rates on these loans are low. There is also the option of filling EMI every day. This means you can pay a certain amount on a day-to-day basis without having to pay the installment every month.

The loan EMI takes on the daily settlement of Paytm merchants. There are no prepayment fees for these loans.



To apply for a business loan on Paytm you need to download the Paytm for Business app. In this application click on the Business Loan icon on the home screen. The amount of the loan must be entered. It includes details of payment period and daily installments. After that all the details should be verified and confirmed




You must be permitted to take your KYC details from CKYC. After that you have to confirm the details such as PAN card details, date of birth, email id. Your PAN details, credit score, KYC will be checked. The last step is to file a loan application. The loan amount goes to the bank account.


No documents are required to obtain this loan. Debt in the app depends on the merchant’s credit history and day-to-day transactions.
