List Of Documents Required For Govt Job

If you are applying for a government job, you must have some important documents. Yes Any candidate should prepare the necessary documents mainly before starting to apply for government jobs. It is mandatory to submit some paperwork before joining a government agency in the process of recruiting for employment in a government office. Required documents should be submitted in original and photocopy. They will be returned after verification of the original documents. List of Required Documents Required for Candidates Applying for Government Jobs:

ID Proof: Candidates applying for Government posts should mainly have their Identity Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card etc.

Residence Proof: If you are applying for government job you must submit a valid document showing that you are a citizen of this country. For this, your PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Bonafide Certificate and Electricity Bill are all proof of residence which candidates must have.

Category / Caste Certificates: Candidates of OBC / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe should submit a caste certificate issued by the appropriate authority (as per the form of Central Government).

Education Certificate: Educational certificates are important when applying for each government post. The academic certificate will depend on the vacancies applied by the candidates. If the minimum requirement for employment is 10th standard (metric / SSC) then you must provide 10th class certificate. If the post is for the 12th grade (HSC), the candidate must provide a 12th certificate. Candidates must therefore have a yearlong list after each year of high school.

Age proof: An age proof document or birth certificate is another important requirement document. Proof of age is required if there are jobs for a certain age. If you do not have your birth certificate, you can also submit your 10th grade school leaving certificate, Aadhaar card and PAN card. Disability Certificate: Candidates with disabilities must submit a disability certificate in the prescribed format provided by the District Medical Board.

Photos: The latest passport size photos are required during each job application and subsequent process. Candidates should therefore always keep additional photos with them. Other documents: Some special cases require scanned signatures of residence certificates and medical examination certificates. Always make sure you have copies of every document, along with all the necessary paperwork when you go for a job interview.
