RCB Player Rajat Patidar Real Story

He dropped me at the mega auction, says Rajat Patidar

Royal Challengers Bangalore’s 14-run win over Rajasthan Royals led Rajat Patidar of the match with a magnificent score of 112 in 54 balls against the Lucknow Super Giants. Speaking of which, no one would have bought themselves a 2022 mega auction. So I got involved in club cricket. However, all these things are not under our control.

KOLKATA: Rajat Patidar has revealed his batting prowess after the Royal Challengers Bangalore team won by 14 runs in the Eliminator 2020 Indian Premier League Tournament against the Lucknow Super Giants.

Former RCB batsman Rajat Patidar scored an unbeaten 112 off just 54 balls at the Eden Gardens ground in Kolkata on Wednesday night. That helped the RCB score 207 runs in 20 overs.

No team had bought Rajat Patidar in the 2022 IPL players’ mega auction in February. However, Rajnath Patidar has been recalled to the RCB after Navaneet Sisodia suffered an injury. As such, Patidar has proven his ability to make good use of the opportunity.

I have incorporated the ability to convert dot balls into runs. So, I will never be stressed.

While Time was doing well for the ball, I was also focusing on it in the next balls. Karnal Pandya bowled them in the last over of the Powerplay and my project performance was good in this over. This increased my confidence. “The wicket here was good and I played some good shots,” said Rajat Patidar.

RCB, floating in hopes of a win over Lucknow, will face the Rajasthan Royals in their second qualifier on Friday, May 27, at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad. The team that won the match will face Gujarat Titans in the final on May 29.
